You can revoke the contract within a month without giving any reasons in writing (eg, letter, e-mail), or - if you have the matter before the expiry period is over - by returning the goods. The period begins the day after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods at the receiver (at the recurring delivery of similar goods not before receiving the first part delivery), and also not fulfilling our information requirements pursuant to article 246 §2 in conjunction with $1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under §312e, section 1, sentence 1 BGB, in conjunction with article 246 §3 EGBGB. Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by each party have to be returned. Can you give us the performance you received, in whole or in part not to return, or only in deteriorated condition, you must provide appropriate a compensation.
